Senior Employment Time-Sheets and Forms

Please Note: These time-sheets are for the Project Year of July 01, 2021 through June 30, 2022. Previous editions of these forms are obsolete and will not be accepted. Refer to the 2021 Payroll Calendar for the highlighted dates to email or fax your time-sheets to the project director’s office. You may email them to sep.timesheets@searpdc.org or fax the time-sheets into the project director’s office which will begin the payroll process after your scheduled hours have been completed for each pay period. Original time-sheets should be mailed and received in the project director’s office within three to five business days from the end of the current payroll period.

These time-sheets must be used beginning July 01, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022.These time-sheets must be received in the director, senior community service employment program office no later than 2:00 pm as shown on the 2021 Payroll Calendar. Please make sure you have the latest information due to the change to the bi-weekly payroll schedule as shown on the payroll calendar. These are the only time-sheets that can be used beginning July 01, 2021. Microsoft Viewer is required to view these two items. You will need Microsoft Word or Adobe Reader to open these files.
